What numbers do I enter?

Please refer to the diagram on the ENTER NOW screen to be sure you are entering the correct numbers. For each entry, enter the Entry Number, which is the 14-digit number on the front of the ticket located in the scratch off area. Then enter its Ticket Number, which is the 12-digit number on the back of the ticket at the top.

I can't register my numbers. What am I doing wrong?

First, check your ticket to confirm that it is an eligible game and that it is not a winning ticket. Then confirm that you are entering the correct digits from your ticket. If you still cannot enter the ticket we will need to receive more information about the ticket. Please call 1-800-201-0108 to speak to a customer service representative for assistance.

What if I am getting an error message that entry has already been submitted?

One possibility may be that you are inadvertently double-clicking when submitting entries instead of clicking just once, and the system reads the second click as another attempt to submit the entry again. You can check this by reviewing the entries on the "My Entries" page.

If you still experience problems, please call our 1-800-201-0108 to speak to a customer service representative for assistance.

Why did I get locked out of the 2nd Chance entry program?

If you make ten unsuccessful attempts to enter a ticket, you will be locked out of the system for 24 hours. If you continue to have a problem with this, call 1-800-201-0108 for assistance.

When you submit your entry, you will see a confirmation message identifying the ticket number of the entry and telling you that your entry has been recorded. You can also view your entry history on the "My Entries" page.

How are players contacted if they are winners?

Winners will be contacted using the information they provided when they registered. The names of winners will be posted on this website the day after any drawing.

I have entered my non-winning ticket. Must I keep the ticket or may I throw it away?

After registering your ticket, please dispose of it properly. Remember, that Vermont Lottery tickets are 100% recyclable. No ticket needs to be presented to win.

What are my chances of winning a 2nd Chance drawing?
